Ep. 40- The Osage Murders

The "Osage Murders" were a series of murders of Osage people in Oklahoma that occurred in the early 1920's. Their land was producing vasts amounts of valuable oil and the 'white folks' wanted in on the money that the Osage were receiving... and they would stop at nothing to get that money, even if it meant committing murder. There were many murders that happened, some that are still unsolved, but one case we focus on is Osage members, Anna Kyle and her family, who were plotted against by a man named William Hale. (Pictured below: Anna Brown [Kyle], Charles Whitehorn, Mollie Burkhart, J Edgar Hoover, Henry Roan, Rita Smith, Lizzie Q, William Hale)
