Ep. 68- Corrine "Punky" Gustavson

On September 6, 1992 in Edmonton, Canada, 6 year old Corrine Gustavson aka Punky, was snatched from her yard while playing with her friend. Two days later her body was found but because there weren't any witnesses and DNA testing hadn't been a thing at the time, her case went cold. That is, until 2000 when the DNA was finally able to be tested and an arrest was made 2 years later.

Pedro Lopez grew up with 12 other siblings and a single mom in a poor home in Colombia. He was kicked out and forced to live on the streets at a very young age. He lived a life of crime, got sent to jail and there, got his first taste for blood. After being released, he started murdering young girls and after being caught, Pedro confessed to killing over 300 young girls across Peru, Colombia & Ecuador.

Wayne Bertram Williams, an aspiring producer in Atlanta, GA, appeared to be a normal guy. From the years 1979-1981, over 25 young black boys went missing, most of which were found strangled. After leaving one too many clues for investigators, Wayne would find himself in front of a jury, convicted of murder.

Daniel Holtzclaw had the makings for the perfect police officer. He was a high school football star, standing at 6'2" and weighed around 242 lbs. The man oozed intimidation. Unfortunately, he used it for more nefarious means, raping upwards of 21 black women in Oklahoma City between December 2013 and June 2014. We talk about the 13 victims that came forward about the officer and tell their stories.
